Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items unless they are defective. We have strict quality control on any product we sell and are unable to accept any returns for these items.
Defective or Damaged Goods

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, send us an email at info@notg.shop. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
Store Credit
If you opt for store credit instead of an exchange, we will issue you a store credit upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. You will receive an email notification with the details of your store credit.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided in our contact information. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
